Per our conversation, here is the most cost-effective proposal to address the problem that you are experiencing.

Background Checks (3) on all subjects to determine past criminal history and if anyone works with chemicals.

Surveillance for 3 hours in order to capture perpetrators on the video committing a crime.

Contacting the suspects and interrogating them in order to collect evidence for a restraining order.

The total cost for this plan will be approximately $750 which is the most cost-effective and will paralyze the suspects from any future actions.

Otherwise we can conduct surveillance of $75 an hour in order to capture the perpetrators in action.
