  RE; GoDaddy ACCOUNT# 4507679   Warning of legal action

Dear Sir or Madam;

I’ve been a customer GoDaddy for over 12 years and as time goes by, GoDaddy services and products depreciate day by day. I have experimented with a lot of products and services, with the promise of performance, that has never occurred. Yet, I have paid thousands of dollars over the years and did not receive positive results as promised.

Every time I call tech-support 8 times out of 10; I get someone who has no idea, what they’re doing or talking about. Naturally as an investigator, I question their background & experience; And the answers are astonishing: 80% of GO Daddy employees, have no tech-support or computer experience. Go daddy now only hires customer service reps or sales reps instead of experience tech-support employees.

I was on the phone for tech-support for approximately one hour and 10 minutes prior, my website was down for approximately 45 minutes. I’ve called and complaint to TECH-support several times about an internal error code 500 on my website hosting account. Please see exhibit “A”.

As I was working on my  Www.NowPI.com , I started to use the goDaddy quick set up within WordPress. There was absolutely no warnings or any disclaimers to back up the website. It appeared as if the site was continually going through the set up process. However, it took longer than a few minutes as it was written on the screen. I contacted goDaddy tech support and was put on hold for 15 minutes and afterwards finally Ryan answered “Sales can I help you”; I was surprised since I requested tech-support via telephone automated system options.

I explained to Ryan exactly what happened and he kept on putting me on hold. Ryan told me that he renamed an HT word press file and requested for me to check my website. At that point my entire website crashed. I requested Ryan to connect me with a supervisor several times and he kept putting me on hold.

I questioned Ryan and it appears that he’s not tech-support and he does not know or understand how web hosting works! GoDaddy has been depreciating and deteriorating the services over the years by hiring several individuals who do not know anything about computers or tech-support. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.  Furthermore out website data was held hostage by GODADDY & Ryan in exchange of a $75 tech-support fee to restore a backup which has never even worked correctly.  GoDaddy tech-support, Ryan deleted files off our website destroyed my website data.  Afterwords forced us to pay a fee to restore the site and it still didn’t work correctly until now.  Jet packs and clients have reported the website has been down over 50 times for a significant time, since GoDaddy tech-support delete certain important files.

I and my partners are a team of private Investigators, attorneys, former federal agents, and paralegals.  We are extremely frustrated, aggravated, disappointed and sustained massive financial losses due to the improper management of  GoDaddy.com. We spent thousands of dollars on Go Daddy products and to market our website. In return GoDaddy has incompetent systems and representatives that are sabotaging our hard work, business efforts, and causing large financial losses. We have copies of recorded conversations, records and every document to support our case and our allegations.

We look forward to an amicable solution, prior to filing a civil action against or joining a class action lawsuit against GODADDY.
