INTERNET FRAUD
Dear Sir/Madam;
Since, June, 2014; I have moved to 9401 Pico Vista Rd. Downey, CA 90240 and the internet service has been very slow, cut off several times of the day and unstable. I have suffered to the point that I must go to my office in order to complete my work. I have sent faxes and called The TWC agents who were pleasant and said that there are repairs being done in the area. I have also encountered TWC automated phone system that advised of repairs in the area.
I am demanding an account credit for several months since June 2014, where TWC didn’t deliver the service as promised and admitted the failure via live agents and automated phone systems.
I have always paid my bills on time despite the bad service; Now I am exhausted and very upset with the unprofessional service. I look forward to solving this issue amicably!

I have sent this letter on 10-13-2014 and called several times and complained about the internet service without any results or solutions. Until Now, I didn’t receive a phone, call, letter or any type of communication from TWC. If I must file a civil law suit in order to get your attention. I will file a lawsuit.
