Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

I am a Military veteran and I have Veterans health insurance. I purchased a blue cross blue shield PPO plan through Covered California. The BCBS PPO is extremely deceiving since the health insurance quote from Covered California doesn’t explain or discuss the $5,000 deductible amounts. The Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BCBS PPO has a $5,000 deductible for physicians out of network. The Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO BCBS PPO online quotes appear to be legitimate and that you are purchasing a good PPO plan that you can visit any physician at any time. What you are purchasing from BCBS PPO at best is an HMO plan on steroids and not a PPO health insurance plan.
